Whisky Wars

Whisky Wars will be released shortly and is an exciting fictional tale of a young heir to a Scottish Whisky dynasty finding himself knee deep in mobsters in Prohibition era Chicago. 

The road to hell is indeed paved with good intentions but the banning of alcohol between 1920 and 1933 gifted organised crime in America almost untold riches and led to a spiralling in gang violence and corruption.

Meanwhile the Scotch whisky industry was being decimated, with its single largest overseas market removed. By 1925, the industry was desperate, with distilleries closing and sales failing to show any sign of recovery.

And so our second audio drama is yet another epic that is set in an era that many will be familiar with which is rich in opportunity to find out more about some of the most colourful characters in depression era America.
